Finally, there is of course the ability to activate and suspend the Smart SIMs so that this sort of management can be carried out efficiently – for example all SIM cards for those who are not working the weekend could be suspended on a Friday night and activated again on Monday morning, but all of those on call might have their SIM cards remain active for the weekend.
